GUIDE FOR CREATE EMAIL ACCOUNT
IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS
 
Step 1:
  • Run program Outlook Express , click on menu Tools -> Accounts...
  • Click on button Add -> Mail...
 
Step 2
  • Display name : Input your name or Your company name ( Ex : Trang Web Vang )
  • Click Next button
 
Step 3
  • E-mail address : Input e-mail address
  • Click Next button
 
Step 4
  • Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server : Input your domain name, Ex : trangwebvang.com
  • Outgoing mail (SMTP) server : Input your domain name, Ex : trangwebvang.com
  • Click Next button
 
Step 5
  • Account name: Input full email address, Ex. : info@trangwebvang.com
  • Password : Input your email passwoard
  • Click Next button
  • Click Finish button


 
Step 6
  • Select your account, Click Properties button
 
Step 7
  • Check on field [ x ] My server requires authentication
 
  • Sometime ADSL provider block port 25 ( port send email ), you must input value 26 in field Outgoing mail (SMTP).
